Which Way?

God gave us this earth for free.
Yet some made others work for them for money.
What’s the difference between a slave and an employee?
Struggling to find my lost self, through employment equity.

One is paid to produce what is rightfully his.
The other slaves on his own earth till he falls to his knees.
Compensate my ill health and injury caused by your systems trickery.
Be careful how you tread, this system is full of subtle thievery.

My laughter was that of a free soul.
Now even my voice has an oppressed echoe.
It was never Gods plan for men to be slaves on their own land.
Scar the land on which they live and console them with a taxed rand.

One system with several men claiming to own it, legally/criminally
Yet, all paths have an end point, all except the Godly.

A holy contradiction

"If you forgive your wise, if you forget,
you may be foolishly headed towards forgiving again"

If we share the same father,
Why do we both pray to him to help us destroy one another?
Whom are you really praying to in that camouflage tent?
If God doesn’t answer prayers with cruel intent?

Like children experimenting with powers we aren’t fully aware of,
We discovered atom bombs and nuclear power, the proverbial burn by the stove.
Instead of holding our destiny in our own hands,
Why don’t we place it in the hands of he who seals the fate of all the lands?

Why is it that man is never satisfied, no matter what he achieves?
Perhaps true content is a known hope, only to those who believe.
If you’re not a Christian will you not gain salvation?
But then, was Jesus a Christian?

Christian, pagan or heathen,
The line between is very thin.

A DAY THAT MEANS THE WORLD TO ME

Sitting still seeing the sun set
Dreaming of darkness which drags regret
Of a past so cold and empty
So hollow and lonely.

As my heart cries, i close my eyes
My tearing to disguise.
Within that secondary darkness,
A mental picture emerges.

A day that makes me smile with warmth
As the sun sets, it arises within me
Like a sunrise at dawn
The new day is born.

I open my eyes after thanking the lord
Eager to face it, for she is that day in my world.

Psychological Warfare

A mental pathway paved with disruptions from the heart,
A pottentially potent state of mind,
With ones thoughts as the prognosis,
Resulting in psychologically damaged goods.

No peace of mind with pieces of ones mind as the diagnosis
Demonic visits in dreams cause an awakening,
Of mental games refered to as psychology,
Triggered by a mental note so troubled and tormented.

Some play minor psychology and think they are shrinks
Some shrink into social systems and think they are sane
The behaviour you perceive as abnormal
May for my continued survival, seem normal.

To where does one escape when the mind he dwells within
Wages a war over perceived holy or heathen?
