Infinite Emotion

“Restless souls cannot rest in peace”

The sands of time are blown across the land
A spirit lingers the face of the earth
With no born beginning or epic end
Whaling winds drag wings wide and waft with girth.

It once loved and felt it
It once lived and loved it

Floating free – imprisoned internally
Treading tenderly – pacing painfully
Speaking soundly – echoing endlessly
Growing gently – weltering wakingly

It once loved and felt it
It once lived and loved it

These sensations are burning my soul
Torturing and tormenting my spiritual
Self forgiveness manifest into ignorance
Justifying infliction of pain and duress

It once loved and felt it
It once lived and loved it

Guided by emotion led into sin
A silent symphony resounding from within
A decaying immoral state
Leaning towards a deadly fate

For it once loved and felt it
It once lived and loved it.

Decipher my Cipher

"Attempting to reason the spiritual, is like using opinion to question the factual."

Yes, he has left us, yet still remains right?
No, he remains not on the left, but on the right
Maybe he left for reasons that were right.

Yes, here we are three, but also one
No, there we are one, but also three
Maybe there is only one three here and three ones there.

Yes he was once one third on earth
No he was two thirds in one, yet one with the one
Maybe he is all three in one functioning as one

Yes, in the beginning was the word
No, in the beginning the word was with God
Maybe, the word was God written as his word

Yes, I am the image of God
No, I am a God
Maybe I am imagining an image of myself as God
Or imagining God through my own image.

Cant Change

“They come and go, like annual fall of snow”

I can’t change history
Can’t change the skin complexion which makes you despise me
I can’t relocate all my poor people
Can’t relocate wealth in an effort to make us equal
I can’t support families with crime cash
Can’t support the police by selling their drug stash
I can’t receive preferential treatment
Can’t give an affluently, and therefore worthy complaint

I can’t go church
Redemption lies not within a religious monarch
I can’t teach young minds to hate those who differ from them
Can’t teach them to trust a hypocritical cultural system
I can’t undo time
Can’t undo the poverty that has become mine.

Slipping Away

"Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem" (Unknown)

Fie Fi Fo
Dig Dug Doe
Boring back tracks from, long ago
Acutely paranoid life’s first to go
Pain inducing seclusion
Recluse and reluctant to mingle.
Funeral, respect for whom the living or the dead?
Birth of memory through death in the people he’s touched instead
Living of short spurts of happiness
With no joy to harness inner peace.

Fie Fi Foe
Dig Dug Doe
History repeats, alive and living once more
The universal genius stumbles upon solution on eve of letting go
To strong to take its life, too tired of living
Existing, Drifting
Until it rained where it was inconceivable of raining.
Returning to its first birth
Dreading split seconds on earth
Death from within underneath ones own skin
A deceased presence amongst next of kin.

Embracing death through painful life.
Dancing with the devil a shiny nine and knife.
